Can I send PDF invoices for my Thinkific orders?

Yes, Invoicebus automatically generates invoices for your Thinkific orders and emails them as PDFs to your customers. It also includes links to each invoice so your customer can easily open it on any device, forward it to the people in charge, or directly print it out.

What customer information is included on the generated invoice?

By default, First Name, Last Name, and Email. If you wish to display more details such as Address, Tax ID, or else, you need to collect them during checkout at the Thinkific website. You can accomplish this by using custom fields in Thinkific.

Can Invoicebus calculate and display taxes on my invoices?

Yes. You can specify one tax for all invoices or multiple taxes depending on the customer location. Depending on which option you use, Invoicebus will calculate the right tax amounts and display them on your invoices.

Can I customize the default invoice and email?

Yes, you can use HTML/CSS to create invoice and email templates so they perfectly fit your branding and colors. We also have over a dozen ready-to-use templates in case you are lazy to design your own.

Can I send receipts instead of invoices for my Thinkific orders?

Yes, you can customize your invoices and/or emails to look like payment receipts.

Can I customize my Thinkific invoices in my local language?

Yes, all languages are supported.

No. This is not supported yet.
